Important Information
Construction and Noise
- Viking Lodge HOA has a planned roof replacement for the adjacent building (A). Work will start April 15th 2025 - completion date November 14th 2025.
- There will be equipment and contractors visible around the property throughout the summer.
- We anticipate intermittent construction noise.
- Town of Telluride municipal code requires construction noise is limited to the hours of 8am-6pm M-F & 9am-6pm on Saturday.
Pool and Hot Tub Availability
- May 2025, the HOA voted to approve a pool/hot tub improvement project to commence work on June 23. Work is scheduled to last seven to eight weeks. The pool and hot tub will not be available during this time.
- The complex offers salt water hot tub, heated pool (summer only). Lodging In Telluride does not manage pool/hot tub closures, cleanings or maintenance. We cannot be held responsible for refunds for closures during your stay.
Occupancy and Guest Policy
- Maximum occupancy: 3 guests (2 adults maximum, 1 child).
- Studio style with 1 queen bed and 1 single bed.
- Love seat sleeper sofa in living area.
- There are no dividers between the rooms containing the queen bed and sleeper sofa.
